These are the steps you need to follow:
- Fill in the form and specify which item you want to exchange or request a
refund for
- We will provide you with the return address (if you do not receive a mail, be sure to
check your spam folder)
- Put the entire product you want
to return in the original packaging including the original product tags/labels
- Create a shipping label online or at the post office and stick it on the packaging (make sure no other labels are visible)
and seal the package securely
- Bring the return package to a
postal point (a refund by Velusta for the shipping costs of the return shipment
is not possible)
If you asked for an exchange and the item passes our quality control
check we will send you a coupon that you can use to place a new order with your
desired size!
If you asked for a refund and the item passes our quality control check
we will refund you for the value of the returned item.
We have the right to refuse a return and
refund if the goods are deemed to be used or damaged. We reserve the right to
retain used or damaged items and their value.
If the item passes our quality control check
we will send you the new item with the desired size.
