The e-commerce website of Velusta, a BV
with registered offices at Pauwstraat 36, 9120 Beveren, Belgium, VAT BE 0761.587.778,
RPR Gent, (hereinafter referred to as "Velusta") offers its customers
the opportunity to purchase products from its web store online.
The following General Terms and Conditions
("Terms and Conditions") shall apply to any order placed by a visitor
to this e-commerce website ("Client"). When placing an order through
Velusta's web store, the Client accepts these Terms and Conditions, thereby
agreeing to the applicability of these Terms and Conditions to the exclusion of
all other terms and conditions. Additional terms and conditions of the Client
are excluded, except when previously, in writing and expressly accepted by
Velusta.
Despite the fact that the online catalog
and the e-commerce website are compiled with the greatest possible care, it is
still possible that the information offered is incomplete, contains material
errors, or is not up to date. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not
binding for Velusta. Velusta is only committed to the accuracy and completeness
of the information offered.
Where Client have specific questions about
e.g. sizes, color, availability, delivery date or method, we request that the
Client contact us in advance.
The offer is always valid while stocks last
and can be modified or withdrawn by Velusta at any time. Velusta cannot be held
responsible for the unavailability of a product. Where an offer has a limited period of
validity or is made subject to conditions, this shall be expressly mentioned in
the offer.
Delivery
All orders are managed from our
warehouse KUNNIG based in Antwerp, Belgium. Velusta ships its items worldwide with ON TIME LOGISTICS. Orders placed before 12 pm will be delivered the next working day. Please note that ordering on weekends and holidays will delay the delivery of your package.
Velusta cannot be held responsible for any
delay by the delivery company.
Shipping costs:
- Belgium: 5 EUR when ordering
for less than 100 EUR. Shipping costs are FREE when ordering for 100 EUR or
more.
- Netherlands & Luxembourg: 15 EUR when ordering for less than 100
EUR. Shipping costs are FREE for orders above 100 EUR.
- Europe: Shipping costs are 20 EUR
for orders less than 100 EUR and FREE for orders above 100 EUR.
- Rest of the World: Shipping
costs are 40 EUR for orders below 100 EUR and FREE for orders above 100 EUR.
Returns
Do you want to exchange or refund your
order? Then you can do so via our Returns page.
You have the right to withdraw a product
within 15 days without giving any reason. The revocation period is 15 days from
the day on which you or a third party appointed by you, other than the carrier,
took possession of the last item.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you
must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a
clear statement via our return portal or by e-mail.
For the withdrawal period to be observed,
it is sufficient if you send the communication regarding the exercise of the
right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.
If you revoke this agreement, we must
refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges, immediately
and no later than fourteen days from the day on which notice of revocation of
this agreement was received by us. We may refuse to refund goods until we have
received them back or you have supplied evidence of their return, whichever is
the earliest. If you choose to be refunded, we will refund everything we
received from you minus the return shipping costs. Do you choose to exchange the
product? Then again you will pay the return costs.
You must return or deliver the goods to us
immediately but in any event within thirty days from the day you notified us of
the withdrawal from the contract. The deadline has been met if you send the goods
before the expiry of the thirty-day period.
You are only required to reimburse any loss
of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to a non-emergency check of
the condition, properties of the product.
